Master's Education Data/Statistics For the first time, comprehensive data and timely information about science master's education and the master's workforce are presented in one location. Over 180 data tables covering all fields of science, mathematics and engineering have been compiled by the Commission on Professionals in Science and Technology (CPST). Data come from multiple sources including the National Center for Education Statistics, the National Science Foundation, the Engineering Workforce Commission, and numerous professional scientific organizations. The data presented in the tables on this site were gleaned directly from the original sources. Whenever possible, data were reported using the National Science Foundation’s classifications. Tables are in the PDF format and therefore require the Adobe Acrobat Reader® for viewing.
